About Niya
Niya Neblett is a computer science student at Spelman College and a Dovey Johnson Roundtree Presidential Scholar pursuing a career in product management.
Service sits at the center of her work. She founded Rebooted, a nonprofit that teaches older adults digital literacy and online safety, and she leads community service for the AUC Tech Collective. Before college, she served as President of BAE (Black Appreciation and Education), contributing more than 400 volunteer hours to HBCU fairs, campus tours, and cultural awareness events. Today she teaches coding to kids through STEAMsport, mentors high school students as a CodeHouse facilitator, and volunteers at her local food bank. Rooted in her Caribbean heritage and a family of educators, Niya leads with community in mind, creating spaces where young women and underrepresented voices feel seen, supported, and ready to lead.
